Strengths in Use

Intentionally utilize one of your strengths at home or work. Reflect on the strength in use by posting responses to the following:

  • Which strength did you select for your focus?
  • Briefly describe the situation in which you utilized the strength. How was the strength applied? Did it help or hinder in the situation? Explain.
  • If you had a similar situation occur, would you utilize the strength in the same way? Would you employ other strengths to change the outcome? Explain.
