Policy Project Part 3: Policy Recommendation

After thoroughly reviewing and evaluating current research and policy to arrive at a well-supported recommendation, you can help ensure your recommendation persuades others to enact policy changes by working to refine it. You can systematically address any issues identified by feedback from others. You can ensure your message is clearly communicated to others by presenting in a clear and logical manner an overview of the problem you wish to address, an overview of the research that supports your recommendation and your final recommendation. Taking the time to refine your policy recommendation and its presentation may make a positive impression on your audience. Keep this in mind as you complete your Policy Project for submission this week.

For this Assignment, review the Policy Project Overview document and submit your policy recommendation.

Submit by Day 7 a final, completed 20- to 25-page APA-formatted paper that addresses the following:

Take your Instructor and colleagues’ feedback into consideration and revise Part 2, the literature review and evaluation.
For Part 3, develop a 10-page paper that addresses the following:
- Make recommendations for policy change or new policy based on the research.
- Analyze the potential consequences, both intended and unintended, of your policy recommendation.
- Develop a plan to evaluate your policy recommendation in the future, including a description of the plan components.

Note: Parts 2 and 3 should total 20–25 pages. You do not need to resubmit Part 1.
