I scored lower in flexibility, conflict resolution & patience.2. Give the evaluation. MY EVALUATION MEANS I PRODUCE TOP RESULTS3. Discuss how you can improve your followership skills. I CAN IMPROVE BY BEING MORE FLEXIBLE, NOT OVER RIGID WITH DECISIONS & TASKS, BE OPEN TO CHANGING MY APPROACH TO INCREASE JOB PERFORMANCE OF MY WORK GROUP4. Compare and contrast followership and leadership.
