This new strategy would fundamentally change SAP’s existing business design, i.e., the totality of how SAP would define its coverage, value propositions and offerings; penetrate the selected markets; and configure its resources to develop its products. Would this strategy and business design work? What difficulties would SAP anticipate? What benefits would there be with this new approach? From your observation of what SAP has previously done, and using IT Enterprise Architecture techniques, outline a new technology, innovation or process that SAP could be adding in today’s IT marketplace.
