However, Chief Edwards recognizes that they are not the only terrorist threat in the country and to his city. History has demonstrated that, aside from 9/11, domestic, non-Islamic terrorists have killed many, many, more people than Jihadists. The chief wants a briefing on the following topics related to these non-Islamic terrorist groups.

As the captain of your local police municipality, investigate non-Islamic based terrorist groups, focusing on recommendations in the literature for addressing these groups and the threat they pose.
