“What is My Level of PsyCap” self-assessment results

After taking the self-assestment, my high score was hope followed by resiliency, and with the lowest score (tie) Efficacy and Optimism in regards to a job satisfaction. I do agree somewhat with the assessment because i am still hopeful because i keep working towards reaching my goal which is lading a position that aligns with my career, and i do believe that once i get that “job” then i have accomplished that goal and i will feel like i succeed. So far, i have been able to stay focus and work towards that goal regardless of all the adversities. In regards to my lowest score, i agree with the assessment because there are times that i have doubts about my career, and after i have apply multiple jobs in the last year and no one has giving me that opportunity to get my foot at the door then it makes me think that what i am striving for is not really worth it. I am currently hold a position that i do not want to do and i have been doing since 2013 and i feel that i am getting better at but at the same time, i feel that i am getting stock with a position that i do not want; and forget about career advancement because is not as easy as it seems unless you have a good connection, which for a company like the one i work (over 20,000 in the US; and over 60,000 world wide) it can be mission impossible. I am currently a facilities Manager, but i want to pursue a career in Human Resources.
