Part one

After the school fire.

Post an explanation of how you would continue to promote safety and security within the school while not disrupting the learning process. Explain how you might address inquisitive parents or board members? How do you help keep students’ emotions from perpetuating negative behavior? What protocols might you employ for teachers to be sensitive to the situation without disrupting the school day? What are your strengths and limitations in managing this situation? How would you engage parents, guardians, and outside agencies to coordinate efforts?
