Class: A company that possesses a cost advantage can use it to build up a formidable competitive advantage. Walmart is one of the great examples of a company that has a laser focus on pursuing and maintaining its cost advantage. Can you think of any other companies that dominate their industry because of a significant cost advantage? How do they maintain their advantage?
