A 56-year-old male was\u00ffbrought\u00ffto the emergency room with a chief complaint was right flank pain.History of present Illness:One day prior to admission, the patient developed a change in the color\u00ffof\u00ffhis urine\u00fffrom pale yellow to\u00ffred\u00ffin color.\u00ffThere was no associated fever, painful urination, or penile discharge.\u00ffHe decided to consult with his\u00ffprimary physician the following day.One hour prior to admission, the patient developed\u00ffsevere\u00ffright flank pain associated\u00ffwith nausea. Upon admission, the patient was\u00ffnoted by the ER physician to be in severe pain, with a pain scale of 9 from a\u00ffvisual analog pain scale from 1\u00ff to 10.
