The job of a forensic psychologist is based entirely on law. Without law, the job would not exist.<\/p>\n

The purpose of this activity is to help you understand how law is developed based on a case. Review this week\u2019s resources related to case law and to the 1966 Miranda v Arizona case. This famous case puts into perspective the progression of case law from lower to upper courts.<\/p>\n

This information is foundational to the field of forensic psychology and vital to your success in this course. These interactive tutorials will help you understand these concepts.
